Alumni Organization
Letran Alumni Association, Inc. (LAA)
Established in 1917 but officially registered with the SEC on 1981.
Has an elected 15 – Man Board of Directors.
Operates as secretariat for the alumni body. Operations are activity-based.
Membership mobilization.
Fund level of Php 637 T as of June 2007.
Letran Alumni Foundation, Inc. (LAFI)
Organized in 1986, registered as a non-stock, non-profit organization with the SEC.
Has a 11–Man Board of Trustees and a Board of Advisors.
Fund level of Php 2.2 MM as of Dec 2006.
Has fiduciary function, manages LAA’s excess funds & all endowments.
