Introducing the LAA Scholars
Her name is Maria Karen Viado Deliola and she is a winner. These charming young lass from Nasugbu, Batangas who entered Letran this year maintains an average of 92% in the tough course of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
This daughter of Enrique and Josefina Deliola, both Batangueños was the class valedictorian of the Adelaido A. Bayot Memorial School Class ’08. Her father is a long time employee of the Central Azucarera de Don Pedro, one of the few remaining business enterprises founded by Hispanics in the Philippines.
Karen is the first LAA scholar featured in the Knightline out of the six (6) this school year. During her high school days, she was very active in student government, the dance troop, and church choir. In Letran, she focuses on her studies and character development as she spends some time inter-acting with the alumni at LAA office.
This driven young lady is destined to be a very active participant in the profession she has chosen. Set a goal of passing the CPA exams within the top 5, young lady. In fact, NO. 1 FOR LETRAN is more like it. |
